The junior girls table tennis duo of Jessica Abrahams and Arianna Di Giammarino also claimed a silver while their male counterparts, Zack Cantor, Sammy Kaye, Daniel Olsberg and Carl Breindel clinched a bronze.
Junior team boss Robin Ashleigh said: “I am proud of my team. They faced some world-ranked opponents.”
Douglas Greenston and Terry Lichkin took a bronze in the lawn bowls pairs, while in judo there were bronzes for Jonah Alfert in the junior U55kg category and Philip Bloom in the Masters 100kg.
On the water Samuel Deutsch rowed in with a bronze in the men’s quads and Sara Black earned a bronze in the
Jerusalem half-marathon, while Ewan
Taylor’s 50m freestyle bronze was GB’s first individual swimming medal in 25 years.
