Team GB struck gold on the opening day of competition at the JCC Games in Connecticut.
Swimmer Lara Tobias-Tarsh touched home in first place in the 200-yard breaststroke.
Tobias-Tarsh also teamed up with Lara Hugh to secure silver in the Relay Medley.
There was also a bronze for Jason Pears in the 50-yard freestyle.
Team GB’s Boys’ football team also made a flying start, with Jeremy Cohen (2), Dylan Heller, Nate Case an own goal easing them to a 5-1 victory over Mexico which followed an 8-0 win in which Asher Martin, Eytan Millan and Jake Greenfield were among the scorers.
Rio Rosenberg and Tash Williams inspired the GB Girls’ to a 2-0 victory.
