Super-sub Mike Herz ended South Manchester Sports 2nds 19-year with for a trophy.
Herz had only been on the pitch a matter of minutes when he fired home the 84th minute in the Tony Cohen Cup final.
The win over Reich Insurance Rangers rounds off a fine season for MarC Magid's men, who finished fourth in the league.
Magid told JC Sport: "It's been a long time coming to win a trophy. But it was a fantastic evening.
"Nobody could begrudge us this win and it caps a very good season. We have made real progress."
