South Manchester Sports set up a second round clash against old nemisis Manchester Maccabi following a 4-2 victory over Sporting Manchester in the Kings Cup.

South went a goal down from a Sporting free-kick, much against the run of play, which shocked the home side into action. Toby Levy missed a chance to equalise, glancing a header just over the bar from some great play from talisman Adam Lavin.

Lavin and Levy combined again, but a good reflex save from the Sporting keeper denied Levy when it seemed easier to miss than score.
