Premier League Daniel Wynne, chairman of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust, believes that the top-flight strugglers should stick with Juande Ramos for a little longer.

Ramos was brought in to replace Martin Jol by chairman Daniel Levy and his board last October. But despite winning the Carling Cup in his first season, Spurs lie rooted to the foot of the Premier League with no wins from their first seven games.

"The supporters feel anger and disappointment," said Wynne. "It's not a position we're used to being in and everyone at the club needs to take collective responsibility.

"It would be counter-intuitive to make changes now. I think we should give him [Ramos] at least a year. The board has backed the manager and everyone needs to get behind the team."
