David Bogen took silver at the European Tae Kwon Do Championships in Tallinn, Estonia.
Competing alongside 1,000 elite athletes from 30 European nations, Bogen finished second in the individual 5th Dan category.
Representing England, he also collected a bronze medal in the team Special Technique event which involves aerobatic leaps delivering flying kicks to targets, some of which positioned close to three metres high.
