Lord Coe, London 2012 chairman, greets the Israeli team as London marks one year to the Olympic Games.
The message was recorded earlier this month at a special function in London to launch the Forum of International Friends of the Israel Olympic Committee, a body to help raise funds overseas for Israeli athletes.
