The ingredients are there for Blizzard Storm to have a tasty season. In a candid interview at Fonehouse, Borehamwood, manager Simon Linden told Danny Caro about his hopes going forward.
Competitions entered: All the usual competitions
Hopes for the season: It's always difficult to be able to suss out the rest of our division. I have a good squad very capable of being right in the mix at the end of the season. If you take our second half of last season form into this campaign we will do very well.
Main challengers: It's difficult to judge, but I'm sure Glenthorne B will be strong yet again.
Is your squad complete or are you still looking to strengthen? We are very close, we have a decent squad with lots of good options. There's a couple of very important signings to be confirmed before the first weekend.
Captain: Best captain in Jewish football, Adam Speck. He is a superb skipper and oozes confidence and assurance around our squad.
Ones to watch and why? The experience of Muller, Woolf and Speck is key to our success. I'm looking to Dean Shaw and Joe Stolerman to be big hits this season again.
