Braces from Bradley Gayer and Ryan Cole eased Fairlop FC into the next round of the Peter Morrison Trophy as they overpowered first division Mill Hill Dons, registering their biggest win of the season.

Fairlop started the quicker of the two sides, opening the scoring with their first attack of the game. And, it wasn't long before there was clear daylight between the teams as the away side raced into a 3-0 lead.
Harry Moss then gave the hosts a glimmer of hope with a neat finish from a Zach Cohen cross, but Fairlop replied almost instantly to re-establish their three-goal lead. It was then 5-1 going into the break.
The Dons started much better in the second half, playing some nice football through midfield, and they got their reward through a Cohen penalty, after Marc Charles was brought down in the box.
Cohen had a chance to grab his second of the game after winning another penalty, but his effort hit the crossbar and flew over. The Dons continued to pile on pressure in the second half but the game finished 2-6. Bradley Gayer (2), Ryan Cole (2), Daniel Bean and Adam Goldman were the scorers for Fairlop.
Fairlop's Jake Sanders told JC Sport: "After an extremely difficult start to our league campaign, it was nice to return to winning ways and score some goals in some very difficult conditions. There are some teams we lose to, but Mill Hill Dons are not one of them. Not now, not ever and Sunday was no different.
"From the moment Beany put us ahead inside the opening 60 seconds, it was a case of how many and lucky for the Dons, it was only six. We look forward to the quarter-final draw and then a massive again at Maccabi London Blue this Sunday."
Dons manager Jamie Nagioff told JC Sport: "I don't think the scoreline was a fair reflection of the game. Fairlop were the better side but we competed really well against a team in the division above us.
"We know the types of goals we conceded today and we have to work hard to put that right for next week, which will be another tough test.
"But we did attack well, particularly in the second half, and we showed that we can cause teams trouble when we get the ball down and enjoy our football. Again, a disappointing result but positives to build on moving forward."
