Sam Waley-Cohen stepped up his training regime for the Grand National - by putting his feet up and watching YouTube.
The Gold Cup winning jockey is hoping to steer Oscar Time to victory at Aintree just weeks after becoming the first amateur in 30 years to win the famous old trophy at Cheltenham.
And after watching a collection of previous Grand National races on the internet, Waley-Cohen reckons he's ready to add yet another piece of silverware to the family's trophy cabinet.
"I've spent many nights just watching old races on the internet to get a feel of how the course will be and what to expect," he said.
"It's all about watching the past races and making sure you're familiar with the tactics and how you're going to run in the race.
"It's very important to be prepared and it's great to watch the old races because it can be really exciting.
"It feels so close now but of course in the Horse world anything can happen. I just can't wait for the race to start."
Waley-Cohen, who owns a firm of dental practitioners, has already insisted he has no plans to cut his teeth as a professional jockey.
But the desire to win is as huge as ever and with his horse one of the favourites for the race, the 28-year-old is hoping to pull off a memorable double.
"The Grand National is a classic race and has so much history so to win it would be unbelievable, " he added.
"The occasion is very much similar to Cheltenham and once again all the family will be there to share the day with me.
"Oscar Time is a great horse. He's full of character and personality and I know he's fully capable of producing something special.
"The Gold Cup race was an all-time classic and I'm hoping the Grand National produces yet another fantastic tale."
