As a Liverpool fan, it seems quite apt that I spent Passover in the Promised Land.

He cheered both City goals ferociously, but like the Canaries’ back-line, had no answer to the sheer brilliance of Raheem Stirling and was forced to drown his sorrows in tequila. L’chaim Akiva.
* It’s squeaky-bum-time at Wingate & Finchley right now. The Blues must either better East Thurrock’s result, or win and hope that Enfield Town lose on the final day of the season, in order to avoid the drop back to Ryman League Division One. Good luck lads.
* Newcastle fan Gideon Mark hasn’t had much to cheer about this season, but he was grinning from ear to ear after a chance meeting with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich at the Royal Beach Hotel in Eilat.
