Adam Warner set a new course record on his way to retaining the South East and Sussex 5K Championships in Eastbourne.
Warner completed the course in 1:01. He said: "Training has been going great since returning to my old club, Borough of Harrow, and preparation for the Scottish Open Water Nationals are well under way." Warner is in action at the annual pier-to-pier race in Brighton this weekend.
