In a real statement of intent, NLR bossed proceedings from start to finish, with summer arrival Joseph scoring the goal of the game.
NLR manager Rob Richman told JC Sport: "This wasn't the draw that either Redbridge or ourselves wanted when it was made, so we are delighted to have come away with the win.
"We continued where we left off last week, knocked the ball around with good pace, defended calmly and created countless chances. It was a dominant performance from start to finish.
"It's early days in the season but we have set a level of performance that we aim to maintain over the winter months. Given we have Stock, Rhodes, JK, Espinoza, Marks and our two new Aussie recruits to return in the next few weeks, there is a lot more to come from us."
RJC boss Sam Rosenthal told JC Sport; "Sadly our shortage of numbers killed us today, but we look forward to putting it right in the league."
