Ian Hendon has told Scott Kashket to remain patient at Leyton Orient after scoring his first professional goal in the 2-2 draw against Oxford United in League 2.

Kashket, 19, came off the bench after 79 minutes at the Matchroom Stadium and drilled home a shot from the edge of the penalty area in stoppage time.

Hendon said: “Scott sits on the bench and is travelling everywhere with us.

"He is learning and to be fair to him he is the last one out on the training ground. He wants to learn and listen so I am delighted for him to come on and score."
