Israel’s youngsters wasted no time in making their mark in prestigious junior squash competition in Heerentals, Belgium.
Competing in a senior series event at the European Junior Federations tournaments, Ido Burstein won the under-15 category and Daniel Poleshchuk was victorious in the under-19 category.
Nadav Raziel made a mockery of his lowly seeding to finish runner-up in the hotly contested under-17 event.
The delegation was led by British ex-pat Stan Tannen - head of the Junior section of the Israel Squash Association.
