Adam Lustigman, manager of the Team GB Masters futsal squad, believes his troops can win the tournament after they made a winning start - beating Germany 2-0.

Second half strikes from Danny Schweiger, who is taking part in his 11th international Maccabi event, and newcomer Jamie Kaye earned GB a hard fought win in their opening match.

Lustigman said: "We performed as well as I could've hoped for, after all the preparation and training over the past 10 months. From front to back, we worked hard.

A goalless first half saw Schweiger come close with a powerful drive that smacked against the post.
