Swimmer Robert Dos Santos has set his sights on becoming a Maccabiah Games superstar following his 11-medal haul in Philadelphia.
Dos Santos claimed gold in the 200m butterfly at the JCC Games and ended up with six silvers and four bronze following an impressive performance.
The 13-year-old, who lives in Temple Fortune and attends the City of London School, showed his class to defeat boys more than four years older than him during the event.
And having sampled success Stateside, Dos Santos is now hoping to book his place at the Maccabiah Games in two years' time.
"It is my dream to go and compete in the Maccabiah Games," he said.
"The races in Philadelphia were difficult because I'm one of the smallest and one of the youngest.
"I needed special dispensation to race because I was too young to be involved originally but after a meeting with Maccabi, I was allowed to race."
Team GB's 43-man team returned home with 21 medals. Libby Walker won silver and Kate Peters claimed three bronze as the swimming team excelled.
The football team retained their gold medal following a 5-1 win over Orange County in the final. Johnny Daitz (2), James Belchak, Dominic Feldman and Reuben Seager were the marksmen. GB's tennis players took home five medals.
"After reaching the end of a magical week, it has truly been an experience of a lifetime for athletes, coaches and our huge band of supporters," said joint head of delegation Brian Green.
"The rain certainly did not dampen the GB spirit. We did not let it affect our performances and finished on a high."
