Maccabi Tel Aviv will play Slovenian champions Maribor in the third qualifying round of the Champions League after beating Andorra's Santa Coloma 2-0 in the second "home" leg.
In a match moved to Cyprus due to the conflict in Israel, Maccabi sealed a 3-0 aggregate win on Tuesday night.
Rade Prica, who scored the winner in Andorra, came closest in a goalless first half when he struck the crossbar.
Eran Zahavi scored from the penalty spot in the 62nd minute after an Andorran defender handled and Tal Ben Haim added the second with a breakaway goal in the 90th minute.
Maccabi's Barak Badash received a straight red card in the 78th minute for a bad foul and Santa Coloma's Albert Macade was dismissed three minutes later for a second yellow card.
The Israeli champions will play the away leg of the third qualifying round next Wednesday.
