Andy Binstock was the hat-trick hero as Scrabble climbed to the top of the table with a 4-0 win over Faithfold.
Scrabble had to wait until the final quarter to break the deadlock, with Andy Miller scoring from outside the box, then providing the through-ball that set up the first of Binstock’s treble.
Reigning champions North London Raiders edged past HMH thanks to a solitary effort from Tony Plaskow.
Chigwell Athletic were the weekend's top-scorers in the top flight. They saw off the challenge of Brady A despite being 3-1 down, with Shnayer Shapiro, Adam Gishen and Mark Wagman netting for Brady.
But Chigwell fought back, with Jaimie Sinclair and Mark Conway both grabbing trebles to give the east Londoners a well-earned 6-3 victory.
Maccabi London Lions followed up last week’s 8-0 win with a 7-1 routing of Brady B in Division Two.
Danny Schindler (3), Michael Abraham (2), Darren Coon and David Price struck for the Lions.
Brady did at least notch up a consolation with Malcolm Hershman curling in a Goal of the Season contender from a 25-yard free kick.
Marshside won their battle with Glenthorne 4-1 thanks to goals from Sacha Alter, scoring twice on his debut, a long-range effort from player-manager Barry Silkman and a late strike from Graham Meyer. Paul van Gelder scored Glenthorne’s sole response.
EDRS Stonegrove recorded their first win, running out 5-3 winners against Hendon Harriers. Ian Sumray (2) and Richard Morris scored for Harriers, but goals from Martin Seifert, Tony Platman and a rare hat-trick from Nigel Conway ensured that EDRS secured the points.
