Richard Slater saluted striker Adam Stolerman after the striker registered an incredible nine times in Chigwell Athletic's 11-3 demolition of HMH.
Stolerman hit the woodwork four times against Faithfold a week ago, but he rewrote the Maccabi Masters' League history books with a stunning exhibition of finishing.
Chigwell boss Richard Slater said: "Stoly is a class act. I set him a 29 goal target at the start of the season. Dinner and drinks would be on me, so considering he's hit 21 goals in seven games, I better get booking somewhere!
"To score nine goals in one game at any level is quite remarkable. It's never been done at Chigwell before, although I think Steve Summers has hit five on a few occasions.
"We've had some brilliant forwards over the last 15 seasons, but he is in a different league in terms of finishing."
Stolerman was quick to praise his team-mates following Chigwell's seventh win of the season. He said: "The quality of service on the day was exceptional - all I had to do was finish things off."
Glenn Davis and Mark Conway completed the rout for Chigwell who kept up the pressure on defending champions North London Raiders in Division One. Neil Kochane replied with a hat-trick of penalties for HMH.
Raiders maintained their slender lead at the top of the table with a 5-2 win over Waldaf Town thanks to goals from Nicky Skone (pen), Dan Hodes, David Lederman, Saul Conway and Ben Simons.
James Kaye and Jez King responded for Waldaf.
A late strike from Louis Taylor ensured a point for Faithfold against Brady Maccabi who took the lead via a first-half own goal.
