Two goals from Louis Taylor ensured Faithfold produced the upset of the season so far, as the basement batters surprised title-chasing Chigwell Athletic 2-0.

It must be said that Faithfold goal led a charmed life at times, with Chigs top-scorer Adam Stolerman denied by the woodwork no less than four times.

The win was Faithfold’s first of the campaign, having previously suffered seven successive losses, and it was also a first defeat of the season for Chigwell, who surrendered the Division’s only unbeaten record.

Two penalties from James Temple and a goal from Elliott Toffel earned HMH a 3-3 draw against Scrabble.
