There were victories for North London Raiders and Maccabi London Lions B in the latest round of matches in the Maccabi Masters League.
March 4, 2018 19:37Goals from Wayne Davidson, Hezi Yechiel and Jonny Blain steered Raiders four points clear at the top following a hard-fought 3-2 win over Brady Maccabi A.
Graeme Grossman struck twice for Brady but it was Raiders who put daylight between themselves and nearest rivals Chigwell Athletic, who have a game in hand.
Lions B boosted their title challenge with a 5-1 win over Marshside, courtesy of goals from Craig Henry, Gideon Barnett (2), Paul Lenchner and Darren Dryer. Sacha Alter replied for Marshside.
