There were big wins for North London Raiders and Chigwell in the In the quarter-finals of the Maccabi Masters Cup.
Raiders scored eight without reply against a depleted FAITHFOLD, the goals coming from Tony Plaskow (3), Saul Conway (2), Gideon Gold, Nicky Skone and Rob Cohen.
And despite some brave resistance from EDRS STONEGROVE, CHIGWELL ATHLETIC, however, topped that, with an 11-0 win courtesy of goals from Mark Conway (3), Jamie Fox (3), Glenn Davis (2), Russell Yershon, Jamie Sinclair and Richard Slater.
BRADY MACCABI A saw off HMH with goals from Mark Wagman (3) and Jonathan Cohen giving them a 4-2 victory, with Marc Raztker and Steven Gordon replying for HMH.
WALDAF TOWN had Alex Bourne (3) and Nicholas Belkin to thank for their 4-2 win over Division 2 ST. JOHN'S WOOD TIGERS, for whom Paul Herszaft and Perry Somers netted.
In the Nathan Horwitz Division 2 Cup, substitutes Darren Coon and Simon Davidson scored to take the newly-crowned league winners to yet another cup final as MACCABI LONDON LIONS overcame GLENTHORNE 2-0.
