Goals from Danny Daggers and Andy Bloom either side of the interval proved enough to see North London Raiders through, at the expense of Maccabi London Lions In the Henry Swerner Maccabi Masters League Cup.
Strikes from Danny Myers and Andrew Souber earned Faithfold their second win of the season as they overcame high-flying Waldaf Town 2-1 at the Hive. Jeremy Leigh pulled one back late on for Waldaf.
It wasn't all bad news for Lions however, as Hendon Harriers came from behind twice to deny title chasing EDRS Stonegrove in Division Two.
Mark Kingston had opened the scoring for EDRS, only for Andy Diamond to level. Tony Platman restored EDRS's lead via the penalty spot but Paul Rodin hit back.
