Faithfold won the basement battle in Division One of the Maccabi Masters League, thumping fellow strugglers South Mancunians 8-3. Danny Goldman (4), Joel Nathan (2), Russell Rich and Jason Levy were the marksmen for Faithfold. Mark Klinger, who recently joined Manx from Faithfold, bagged a brace with Darren Coon grabbing the other.

Norstar maintained their unbeaten run in Division Two. They lead EDRS Stonegrove at the top after thumping Ashlodge 4-0 with goals from Steve Feiger (2), Paul Marco and Simon Lawrence.

Goals from Jacob Namer and Phil Silver helped EDRS come from behind to beat Temple Fortune 2-1. Robert Botkai netted for Fortune

Glenthorne United B edged out Brady Maccabi B 3-2 with goals from Dave Galman, Ray Russell and Stuart Block. Gary Field and Jonathan Cowen replied.
