Maccabi GB have appointed a new committee aimed at developing junior girls' and women's football.

Brad Solomon will chair the committee with Dr Tamar Koch named vice-chairman. They will help to prepare the squads over the next three years, including the 2011 European Maccabi Games and 2013 Maccabiah.

The pair have been set a series of aims and objectives to build a platform for GB's medal push.

These include building on the success of both inaugural squads at the last Maccabiah, creating a fluid link and offering UEFA licence B qualified coaches to both squads and develop squads capable of challenging for medals. Solomon and Koch will also run regular training camps at Bisham Abbey and Lilleshall and help arrange regular friendlies.
