Harrow St Marys 251

LMV 2nd XI 180-9
LMV lost by 71 runs

London Maccabi Vale 2nd XI were well beaten by Middlesex Sunday League Division Three title hopefuls Harrow St. Mary’s on the main square at the Walker Ground at Southgate Cricket Club.

LMV skipper Jonathan Lederman decided to bowl first on a cloudy afternoon. Jonathan Freedman soon got into the act with a fabulous caught and bowled, but neither he nor Lederman could find the right line. Freedman switched ends and Simon Renshaw also came on to bowl, but nothing stopped the HSM batsmen as they hit both good and bad balls alike all round the ground.
