Coombe Hill and Hartsbourne were this week toasting success after taking the top team titles at the 14th Ladies National Tournament at Hartsbourne Country Club.

Coombe Hill won the Team Gross Trophy while the host club claimed the Team Nett.

One hundred and 17 lady golfers from 13 teams competed at a competition that has gone from strength to strength, and is the only tournament where ladies from Jewish Golf Clubs and Societies all over the UK and Ireland have a chance to compete with each other.

For once, the weather was kind and some very good scores were recorded, including an impressive gross 75 by Lauren Blease of Coombe Hill.
