Scott Shear (GK) - two “world-class saves”. Just a brilliant shot-stopper. One of the best goalkeeper’s in the MGBFL
Richie Caplin (CB) - very strong at the back. Won every challenge. Just immense
Dan Andrews (CB) - strong in all tackles. Scores the first goal. Very solid performance
Daniel Bean (CM) - he is the Jewish N’galo Kante, just a brilliant performance. Covered every blade of grass
Brad Gayer (LM) - a workman-like performance from the captain. Scored and assisted. Used the ball very intelligently

SCRABBLE FC
Dan Stock (CB) - picked up all the loose balls and with some perfectly timed tackles looked in complete control at the back
Adam Waters (LM) - probably one of Adams best games of the season and was almost unplayable in the first half running at the Blancos defence
Elliot Espinoza (CM) - took an early blow to the ribs but a heroic performance as the playmaker settling everything down and spraying passes all over the pitch
Dan Green (CM) - left nothing on the pitch as the ball winner so important breaking up play
Danny Sherman (S) - yet again the big striker got on the scoresheet but his unselfish running and power made him a constant menace to the Blancos defence
Sam Stead (RM) - late moving into the centre, a great performance of power and going in where it hurts and scored to put Scrabble 3-2 ahead
