Avi Korman (CM) - typical energetic box-to-box performance - a class above
Yoav Kestenbaum (S) - at his creative best at times - scored a goal and also produced the kiss of the season which his team-mates will be looking forward to seeing on the highlights video

L'EQUIPE
Grant Bates (S)- led the line completely by himself and was simply fantastic. Held the ball up like a true centre forward, winning free-kicks at the most opportune moments. He caused real issues for the Lions' defence with his size and desire for the ball. Capped it off with a superb header to double L'Equipe’s lead. From a man that was playing centre half only last year to now leading the line by himself that boy Grant Bates is finally a man of Jewish football
Ian Baron (CM) - in a new ‘reverse sweeper’ role, Ian 'Baz' Baron was a true L'Equipe hero today. I have never seen him work so hard for the whole of the 90 minutes and he created a wall in front of the back four that meant Lions had to resort to long shots
James Bell (CM)- our Scottish warrior. The most passionate man on the pitch and kept everyone fighting for the whole game. Won every tackle, tracked back for every challenge and was a right nuisance all game. His performances over the past five weeks have been one of the key reasons why we have gone unbeaten
Daniel Cordell (CM)- though the shirt is slightly tighter, Cordell is still a true L'Equipe legend. Answered a last-minute SOS to play for 90 minutes and didn’t put a foot wrong, other than perhaps scoring a goal. He was dizzy from the amount of left to right running but with his two partners alongside him made sure nothing got through

Daniel Pike (GK) - was on one leg the entire game but his bravery along with safe hands was absolutely vital. Heroic performance
