Jubilant Camden boss Josh Marks told JC Sport: "Sunday was a nice way to cap off the season. Lots of goals, nice day out in the sun and reason to celebrate.

"We're looking forward to playing in the Prem, where we belong. I reckon we are off the standard and we’ve had a couple of seasons the jel as a team first.

"We'll be losing a couple of players and need to strengthen in a couple of departments if we want to compete."

Camden's Nick Kagan told JC Sport: "Fortune clearly had a weakened team out, but it was nice to win in style. Rob Hershkorn and Guy Marks were unplayable.

"We aimed for promotion at the start of the season, so winning the league has exceeded our expectations.

"There's been a few up and down moments, the two cup semi-final defeats were hard to take, but overall the team spirit and mentality has been fantastic. We're really proud of everyone who's been involved - it's been a real squad effort.

"There were a couple of very good sides this season who gave us some tough games, but we've been good at putting away the sides in mid-table and the bottom half, where there have been no slip-ups.

"I think overall we were the best side in the league on our day and deserved to win it. Congratulations to Lions on their promotion. We look forward to resuming hostilities with them next year.

"Having a very enthusiastic and talented group of players helps but mainly it's been that team spirit again. Most of us have played together in some way since we were kids, we're a very tight-knit group and i think that really shows.

"We're all looking forward to testing ourselves in the Prem, it's good to have put Camden back where they belong! We're under no illusions though, we need to get fitter, more physical and more organised to be able to compete.

"Guy Fenton, who's been top class is leaving us for the US, but with Max Saunders returning to fitness after being out for most of the season we should have a ready made replacement.

"We'll have a look to see what's out there, we may sign one or two players if we feel they can bring something to the team."

Fortune's Mike Shorvon said: "The result shows a drubbing but with respect to those who played, this was a weak Temple Fortune A team.

"It was a sporting gesture by the Club to get the game played considering the immense struggle to raise a side during the weak.

"Camden were too strong and but for some great saves by Bentley Levy it could have been higher. Well done to Camden on winning the division."
