SPEC FC 1 SOUTHGATE HARMEN 4

Sam Castle says Southgate Harmen will not get carried away after they maintained their title challenge with an impressive 4-1 win over SPEC FC.

After a terrible team performance last time out, the Harmen boys were out to prove a point to themselves and the rest of the league. And that's exactly what they did.

Harmen were in charge of the game from the first minute to the last. They took the lead after 20 minutes when Sam Castle played through an inch-perfect pass into the path of Alex Bowman who slotted the ball superbly pass the SPEC keeper.
