
Hapoel Tel Aviv progressed into the last 32 of the Europa League despite going down 2-0 to Celtic in Glasgow on Wednesday night.
The Israelis went into the game needing a point to secure their place in the knockout stages but with Hamburg beating Rapid Vienna 2-0, their passage was secured.

Following a result that saw Celtic eliminated from Europe, Hapoel conclude the Group C campaign at home to Hamburg is a game that will decide which team finishes top.
Hapoel coach Eli Gutman said: “We began the campaign as an underdog, but now we need to prove we deserve to be top of the group.”
