Israel will host Wales in the Euro 2016 qualifiers at Haifa's new stadium next year.
Real Madrid's Gareth Bale and Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey are expected to line up at the recently completed 31,000 Sammy Ofer Stadium on March 28.
Haifa will also host Israel's Group B matches against Bosnia on November 16 and Andorra on September 3, 2015.
The 34,000-seater Teddy Stadium will host the opening match against Belgium on September 9, but the venue for the final game against Cyprus next October has yet to be decided.
The top two teams qualify automatically for the 2016 finals, with the third-placed team progressing to playoffs.
Meanwhile, Ramat Gan National Stadium is due to be demolished.
