Herschel Gutman has been invited to attend the ICC Europe Centre of Excellence as one of the ICC Europe coaching consultants.
Gutman is Israel's National Cricket Development Officer and national coach.
He said: "I'm very honoured to have been selected as one of the leaders of the ICC Europe Centre of Excellence Program. It looks like a brilliant course with some of the top coaches around Europe attending.
"It will be interesting to watch other European coaches at work and I am sure that I will take some fantastic new ideas back to Israel."
ICA chairman Stanley Perlman said: "This is a great achievement and accolade for the ICA. The choice of Herschel puts us right up at the top in Europe - an achievement to be proud of."
