London Lions' recent run of good form came to an abrupt end against Kings Langley as they were comprehensively beaten 4-0.

It was a performance littered with individual mistakes which ultimately proved costly. The only positive the team could take from the defeat was the fact they only conceded four.

Things may have been different had the Lions converted three very good goal scoring opportunities in the first 45 minutes but Dean Nyman, Matt Stock and Josh Kennet were not as clinical as their counterparts.

“Our last four performances have seen us turn a difficult corner. Today was a bad day at the office,” Lions manager Tony Gold summed up.
