A hat-trick from captain marvel Adam Gilman helped Leeds Maccabi put last week’s disappointment of going out of the County Cup behind them with an emphatic 6-1 home win against West Leeds Wortley in the LSAL.

On a heavy pitch, Leeds Maccabi had the bit between their teeth from the start and were playing fast flowing attacking football that they have now become known for.

A pin-perfect pass from Jordan Marks found Nick Vale who rifled home after 10 minutes to put the home side in front early on.
