Redbridge Jewish Care A and Hendon United Sports Club A will contest this season's JC Cyril Anekstein Cup after winning their respective semi-finals.
An extra time strike from Maccabiah star David Souter helped JC MSFL Premier Division leaders Redbridge reach their first final.
Dean Nyman had put the visitors in front at the Hive in Edgware but Neasden levelled through midfielder Matt Sofier.
Souter settled the tie, following up after Daran Bern fired against the post.
RJC manager Sam McCarthy told JC Sport: “I thought that once we got through the first 20 minutes we created the better chances and should have won it in normal time.
"That’s why with 25 to go I bought on Adam Stolerman, because I believed having the three forwards up there would work for us. And it did, as Adam linked up the play brilliantly and wore them down.”
Neasden joint-manager David Fox told JC Sport: “I thought that the league should have put a stronger referee in for this game. We need better refereeing.
"I thought we had the better chances but we couldn’t quite finish them.”
Hendon’s rout to the final was somewhat easier as they beat Division Four minnows Los Blancos 4-1.
The Hammers stormed into a three-goal lead inside the opening 15 minutes courtesy of strikes from Greg Corin, Paul Bentley and Josh Bentley.
Los Blancos star man Dany Kon pulled one back but there was to be no fairytale as Hendon substitute Yishai Last added a fourth.
Hendon manager David Garbacz told JC Sport: "I am absolutely delighted, and it was nice of them to give us a couple of goals.
"I am confident we can win the cup, though obviously Redbridge are the team of the moment."
Los Blancos manager Joel Minsky told JC Sport: "Unfortunately it didn't go our way, but we've gone home with our heads held high, as we matched one of MSFL's best teams in a scoreline that was ultimately flattering to the opposition.
“They're a good bunch though and we wish them luck for the final."
The Anekstein cup final will be held at Wingate & Finchley on April 17.
