London Lions secured a resounding four-goal away win that put them at the top of the Herts County Premier Division after a superb display at Wormley.

Whilst Lions had won all six league games before today, Wormley were likely to prove a sterner test for Lions, who once again kept a very settled line-up, bar Harry Hatchwell who was missing today.

However, Lions first half display blew their hosts away. First blood was struck when Charlie Kasler’s good work on the right had side freed top-scorer James Gershfield to open the score.
