Team failed to build on their opening day win over Sputh Africa after suffering a disappointing seven-wicket defeat against India at Hadar Yosef.
With Benjamin Lederman - the hero of match one out injured, Saul Weitzman and Joe Williams came in, with Yoav Lebens sitting it out in the only other change.
Once against GB captain Adam Brand won the toss and elected to make first use of a decent flux wicket.
GB openers Danny Caro and Mark Bott showed good intent from ball one, but first change bowler Elijah found the outside edge of Caro's bat and he was caught behind.
Bensusan was next to go, trapped leg before and Hilton Nathanson soon followed after a run-out as GB wobbled.
Brand was dismissed for his second golden duck of the competition, caught at mid-wicket. Richard black was next to go and it was left to Marc Reingold to help the patient Bott to rebuild the innings. The pair ran well and punished anything lose.
But Reingold was unable to reproduce his heroics from match one, and new boy Joe Williams was trapped LBw for 0.
But Bott batted sensibly, and when he was joined by Neil Lederman, GB had given themselves something to defend as they passed the 150 mark, putting on a stand of 62.
But, crucially, they failed to bat out the 50 overs, with Lederman caught trying to hit out. Dan Cohen came and went and Bott was left stranded on 88 not out when Saul Weitzman was run out with more than four overs remaining as GB were bowled out for 173.
India had bowled well and with great discipline, with their spinners tying GB down.
India impressed with the bat too, although Reingold gave GB some early hope, with Cohen taking a catch at slip at the second attempt.
But first Benzion and then Elijah proceeded to take the game away from GB, along with one of the openers who made a clever half century.
Cohen claimed the prize wicket of Benzion, with Black claiming the catch behind the stumps, but GB ran out of ideas before their misery was compounded when Brand needed stitches on a facial wound as India cruised to victory with overs and wickets to spare.
Meanwhile, South Africa claimed their first win, bouncing back from defeat against GB with an impressive victory over Australia, while Israel demolished Canada, hitting 390.
It was a bad day all around for GB with their juniors also losing.
GB Open cricket face Israel in Ashdod in match day three on Tuesday, with a big improvement needed from their batsmen.
