Andrew Souber, the manager of Temple Fortune A, is confident that his team will bounce back from Sunday's 3-2 defeat against title rivals Brixton Old Boys.

Goals from Jamie Kent and Matt Sheldon condemned Fortune to their first defeat in seven matches and took Brixton to within a point of Fortune, although they have played a game more in Division Two. John Fisher and Scott Shindler struck for Fortune for whom striker Rob Benson suffered a rare lapse.

Souber said: "I am extremely disappointed because this was a match we should have won.

"But we are still in the driving seat and it is very much in our hands. We will just have to wait and see how the team responds to this set-back."
