JC MSFL DIVISION FOUR
Athletic Bilbaum 1 Temple Fortune B 1

A goal from Benjy Aarons-Richardson kept Athletic Bilbaum two points clear at the top but they failed to find their best in front of the JC cameras in Hampstead.

Fortune left the "Bernabaum" with a credible 1-1 draw against the league leaders on a chilly morning. With the pitch frozen on the right side, the match was in severe doubt and the referee continually delayed making a decision on whether to go ahead with it or not.

Finally at 11.15am, he deemed the pitch playable and the match got underway at 11.30am. Fortune suffered an early blow when talisman Terry Jeffries limped off with an ankle injury after just 15 minutes, leaving the 'yellow and reds' without a recognised striker in their side.
