Edmonstown ran out worthy winners of the Gerald Tankel Trophy at the Provincial.
With teams from five northern clubs affiliated to Association of Jewish Golf Clubs & Societies making the journey across the Irish sea, local knowledge proved key for Edmonstown who recorded the best team net.
Teams comprising six golfers drawn from three handicap categories competed, with Declan Buckley winning both the Mervyn Berg Trophy for the best gross score together with the Marshall Bellow trophy for best net. Buckey saw off Stuart Sadler of Moor Allerton by two shots, with Sadler receiving the Martin Caller Trophy.
Dunham Forest fought hard to claim the runner-up team net, collecting the Joe Dwek Trophy.
