Ambitious Ligat Ha'Al outfit Maccabi Tel Aviv have signed Wales international striker Rob Earnshaw on a season-long loan.
Capped 58 times by his country, Earnshaw, 31, joins 24 hours after the club announced the arrival of Hassan Abu Zeid from Bnei Yehuda on a four-year deal.
Maccabi sports director Jordi Cruyff said: "I am delighted with this latest addition.
"The last day of the transfer window always gives pleasant surprises and this is one of them.
"His goal-scoring record speaks in itself."
Assuming the paperwork goes through, Earnshaw, who successfully completed a medical today, could line-up for his new club against defending champions Hapoel Kiryat Shmona on Monday.
Maccabi currently lie third in the Israeli Premier Division with three wins out of three. Eliran Atar fired a hat-trick in last weekend's 3-1 win at Hapoel Haifa.
Other deadline day moves saw Dekel Keinan join Maccabi Haifa from Cardiff, while Aivhai Yadin has moved from Hapoel Tel Aviv to Maccabi Haifa.
