Doumou was a cut above the rest, says Harpin

Zacki Doumou won the battle of the hot-shots as he upstaged MGBSFL top-scorer Jono Gaon by scoring five times as North West London Bears secured a big win over Hampstead Ducks.

Doumou was at his deadly best as the Bears led 4-0 up at half-time. The Ducks responded with two quickfire goals in the second half, but Doumou ended their hopes with two stunning finishes to clinch the points.

Bears' joint-player-manager James Harpin told JC Sport: "We were very good in the first half, pressing really high up the pitch and creating opportunities constantly.
