Jason Stein has started the mind games ahead of Oakwood's promotion six-pointer against Woodford Wanderers after the draw against Redbridge.
Stein tried to pick the positives after they failed to fully capitalise on leaders Brady dropping points against SPEC
Oakwood had the better chances in the first half against RJC and took the lead right on the half time whistle with well-taken quick free-kick from Dan Selwyn that the RJC B keeper Scott Shear couldn't keep out.
But they were ultimately made to pay for a missed penalty from top-scorer Jacob Richler Kleiman which would have doubled their advantage.
The second half was a more open game, and the fitness of RJC B boys was shown. RJC dominated the final 20 minutes game, and with five minutes to go, a well-taken set-piece by Brad Gayer was headed in the back post by in-form David Fialka to put scores them level.
Oakwood boss Jason Stein told JC Sport: "I do believe a point at Fairlop is never to be considered a bad result when taken in isolation. I think at the start of the season most people would accept a point over there. It's a hard place to go with all the elements against the visitors.
"But we felt we had done enough to win and we left the pitch disappointed.
"Jacob RKs skewed penalty will get the headlines but other players were guilty of missing chances as well. We simply have to look after the ball better and show a greater level of composure on the ball.
"It's been a strange few weeks but I believe we will play our way out of this mini-slump, starting with Woodford. What a big game that is. We'll have a brilliant squad out and our home form is absolutely superb.
"On 3G I fancy us against anyone. That'll be a great game with all the pressure on Woodford. Win and the title is all theirs so I hope the Woodford players don't feel that huge level of pressure."
RJC joint-manager Sam Rank told JC Sport: "Both teams were very committed and both deserved to walk away with a point. We move onto the final two league hoping to continue our good end of season form."
