Goals from Glenn Michaels, Daniel Castle and Antony Mendel helped Chigwell win their second consecutive east London derby at the expense of Division One rivals Redbridge B at Fairlop.
Chigwell stormed into a 3-0 lead after 35 minutes before RJC pulled one back on stroke of half time after a misjudged back header from Chigwell defence, with Dan Orgel converting.
RJC's fate was sealed when Richie Caplin was sent off early in the second half after receiving a second yellow for exchanging verbal insults with an opponent.
Chigwell player-manager Richard Slater told JC Sport: "I always felt we were in control today, and it was a professional job done from us. It was a sloppy goal to give away on the stroke of half time, which gave RJC B a lift going into the break.
"We've played better for sure, but we're in the next round and have now won seven on the spin."
RJC boss Stirling Kay told JC Sport: "Redbridge started with depleted side, but had Chigwell chasing shadows. However, we got caught three times from set-pieces.
"Harrison Grant, aged 16 he played right back for the first time and was superb. He won every tackle, every header and got forward to cause problems. He then led a revival in the second half when switched to midfield and was superb again. He's clearly a star in the making."
Commenting on the incident that saw Caplin dismissed, Kay said: "I cannot understand how the Chigwell player did not receive a caution. It was one of several strange decisions.
"From this point, we totally dominated the next 40 minutes and did every thing but score. This was a great effort with 10 men. Being such a young team, I'm sure they will learn from this and will get better and better, and learn how to cope with a team like Chigwell.
"On a sour note, with at the last kick of the game, asf James Berkley suffered a broken wrist. He will be for some time. We all the team wish James well."
