Here are the star men from Matchday 18 of the MGBSFL.
1. YAACOV GOLDIN (FC Team B) - impressed Mitch Young by making a couple of smart saves in the win over Raiders and "will be a great addition"
2. DAVID GROSSMAN (FC Team B) - first game outfield in four years and looked very comfortable capped off with 35-yard screamer
3. JOSH KREWNE (Scrabble FC) - "didn't put a foot wrong and solid against a tricky winger"
4. ANTHONY GOODMAKER (Scrabble FC) - "solid and reliable at the heart of the defence and a danger with his long throws"
5. JONNY KAY (NL Raiders A) - "only arrived back from his honeymoon five hours before kick-off but was drafted into the starting line-up after a last-minute pull out. He was excellent in an unaccustomed position at centre half. Calm presence at the back and super commitment to the team"
6. DARREN RUSSELL (Los Blancos) - "led by example with an outstanding work-rate"
7. RICKY ENGLEMAN (NL Raiders A) - SEE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
8. JO DAVIS (Los Blancos) - "picked out some lovely passes, linking up well with Russell"
9. ALEX ELF (NL Raiders C) - "different class today. Scored two stunners, could have had another one or two, bagged a couple of assists as well. Proved a real handful for the Faithfold defence and did his bit for the team in getting stuck in right at the end when it was asked of him"
10. RICHARD SALMON (FC Team B) - "2 Goals, 6 assists" the ultimate team player
11. ALEX SHERR (NL Raiders C) - "tremendous work-rate throughout, never gave up and worked tirelessly for his team-mates"
