Jonathan Green picked the positives out of Norstar London Raiders A's Challenge Cup exit as their hopes of a quadruple were quashed at the last 16 stage against Dees FC.

NLR missed a host of chances, and despite a strike from Ben Joseph and an excellent performance from makeshift full-back Elliott Moslawy, the MGBSFL league leaders bowed out.

NLR's Jonathan Green said: "At times, we played some brilliant stuff and it was one of those situations where it is hard to believe that we didn't walk off the pitch winning 5-0. We were totally dominant for almost the duration of the match and got caught by clinical sucker punches."

A hat-trick from David Woolman inspired Oakwood A to a 6-0 mauling of Maccabi London Lions Seniors in the Peter Morrison Trophy. Josh Rose (2) and the in-form Brad Wine completed the rout.
