Roger Bruck completed his second hat-trick of victories in the Southern Counties Veterans Championships.
Having won the British Masters Indoor Pentathlon in January, Bruck went on to win the sprint, high jump and long jump in the indoor meeting at Lee Valley.
Competing in the same championships but outdoors at Ashford, Bruck repeated his victories in the same three events.
At the same meeting, Michael Collins of Brighton Phoenix made a welcome return to the track following a season off through injury. His successful return was rewarded by a silver in the long jump and gold in the triple jump.
